I have a 700 credit score. I have no criminal background. I never had an eviction. I have a 7 year rental history in Denver. Bluecreek is robbing people of application fees. Wasting your time with this management. I make double the salary requirements too. Move on to another property. you are just wasting your time and money.

I had the same experience as the other reviewer; I have a 780+ credit score, have never been evicted, completely clean background check, good references, no pets, meet income requirements, no smoking, over 10 years of rental history with 5 of those being in Denver. I put in my application promptly within hours of seeing the apartment and didn't hear back until 8 days later (when I then requested to transfer my application over to another open unit of theirs, I didn't hear back for another 8 days.) I wonder if Blue Creek Management sets their rents slightly lower than their competitors in order to collect as many application fees as they can. It's interesting that Blue Creek has no google business listing and no physical address listed, it's also interesting that they had a different name and recently had to re-brand.
