I do apologize. We have closed our office that was at the Shepherd's Motel. Hello. Thank you for taking the time to review our apartments. I regret to see that you are offering one star. I also regret that you had a bad experience at the store that is located in our building. However, I would like to clarify a couple of small points that we hope will clear up the misconception that the store is owned by our company. The first matter is that the Orlando Apartments leases that space to the store you were speaking about in your review. We do not have any affiliation to the store outside of being their Landlord. We have no control over any of their staffing, nor their pricing. They are independently owned and operated. We do regret that your experience was negative and that you associated that to our business or our apartments. We have no more say or control over that store than we would at any other store you shop with. We would be happy to direct your review to the Owner of the store. However, you may seek to possibly post this review on the Stores Google Reviews rather than ours. In fact, we would appreciate it if you would see your way clear to please redirect your attention and efforts to the store and away from our company's reviews since we are not able to rectify the situation ourselves. You can feel free to contact our company directly if you are needing the name of the store in order to search them on Google. Thank you for taking the time to review our apartments. We are pleased to see those 5 stars lit up! We strive to offer excellent customer service. As well as, clean, comfortable, affordable homes. We pride ourselves on the fact that we are willing to consider applicants who may not have a perfect past. We believe that everyone needs a place to live and people run into a few bumps along the way. That does not change that they need a home. That's where we come in.
