    I have been living in 1402 Race for almost a year and my husband and I are very satisfied. We've had a few problems such as with stolen packages, maintenance delays, and sometimes the outside trash being completely disguting for a long time. Other than that, we would recommend the place if you're ok being close to Colfax. The up side is being really close to Cheesman.

    I have not lived here for very long but from the beginning the leasing staff have been the most wonderful and helpful people I have ever had. They are very kind and understanding and have helped me at every turn. The building is older and with that comes a few flaws, not the best drainage and the fridge is SO loud. But the interiors are beautiful and it has the most darling fireplace (I loved it so much I got a tattoo of it). The building feels very safe and I haven't had any issues parking in my assigned spot. Sometimes the hallways are a little muggy but again, the building is old. It is in the most perfect location and again has the BEST staff ever. I highly recommend this place!

    The units are small and cute but over priced. You end up paying a lot more than your rent. You pay a monthly CAM fee but its unclear what it goes towards you since they canceled Fetch services (expect your packages to get stolen), they still make you pay for laundry to start the machines, and they dont recommend you leave your bike in the bike rooms (they dont have doors). The laundry is frequently down, not because the machines are broke but because the card readers are down. You pay for utilities that you dont use. My gas bill was up 3x the usual one month that I was only home for like 10 days but they said that is correct because its what my neighbors are paying. The hot water runs out frequently. When I reach out I rarely hear back or I talk to someone and they say theyll get back to me but never do. I really like living here just frustrated that Im charged for so many things that I dont or cant use.

The machines are owned and operated by CSC and the phone app allows residents to connect via Bluetooth for payment, as well as submitting service requests.
