    Disappointed in the service I received while trying to inquire about the property. I called 3 different times, no answer. No response to my emails. Ive never had such a difficult time trying to schedule a tour with an apartment before.

    Garage door, parking lot gate, and elevator are constantly broken. One of the boilers broke and now theres not hot water in the mornings. The dog runs are poorly taken care of. The package lockers are full, so peoples stuff keeps getting stolen. Management has fallen off a cliff and is always unaware of any the buildings problems. Its like they dont even walk around to look.

    NEWEST UPDATE: after what definitely seemed to be a year with a broken fence and maintenance declining fast and everything being in disarray and doors not working, I believe everything has been taken care of in the last month and property has returned to its former 5 star location to live. This is including the almost daily cleaned public areas, free coffee, 24/7 operating pool and hot tub, and a multitude of other factors, very glad to live here. Lived here for a few years, used to one of the elevators breaking down every other week but now its gotten to a point where the front gate hasnt worked properly for over a year and some of the entrance key fob readers arent working for several weeks, the doors arent properly adjusted at some of the entrances and so they slam hard, and to top it off my rent is raised every renewal by $200+ Its ridiculous to pay so much for only half a working property. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: If I have to go through every single thing that is broke, not working, or not working properly Ill write you an invoice for doing someone elses job, because its definitely not mine.
