Mile High Apartments

Ive enjoyed living here the last 2 years. Top notch location and having Slones lake a short walk away is always a delight. Beth is very prompt to answer any questions and maintenance requests are fulfilled pretty quickly, same day or next day whenever I had any issues. The garage is safe and secure, never had my car broke into so thats a huge plus. Neighbors are kind and friendly, overall one of the best experiences Ive had living in Denver, I love the neighborhood! My favorite thing to do is hop on a scooter with my wife and mob around Denver

I have really enjoyed living at Mile High Apartments. The apartments are spacious, stylish, and modern. I loved having extra storage, the large space for an in-unit washer and dryer, and a flex room in addition to the 2 bedrooms. It's walking distance to Sloan's Lake which I took full advantage of! I only wish we had a second parking space. Although finding street parking was rarely an issue.

I have been living in this building for over a year and I love it. I love how modern the building is, along with the overall location. You get the downtown feel without being directly in the center of the DT traffic. You have some sort of view no matter what side of the building your unit is on! They care and maintain any issue you may have in your unit, as well as the quality of the common areas. I greatly appreciate the smaller details. I give the property 5 starts, even though the only dislike and improvement I'd like to see is better ground maintenance. Other than that I do not have any complaints. Beth has been a gem in my move in process and even just helping me through very difficult times in need. She's great!

Just got a new apartment, which has a great view of downtown, it's a large one-bedroom apartment at an affordable price. A lot of changes in general in this area, and it still changing daily. Easy access to highway and close to downtown. Also have to say about Beth, property manager which helps us with this. Shes already was there and wait for us in time. It was professional and Im glad to have that experience.

Do not waste your time with scheduling an appointment to tour here; they will not show up. Beth texted me to confirm an appointment (that we flew from out of state to see) that she never bothered to show up to. Despite a text and voicemail, she never even reached back out to apologize or acknowledge her mistake. The property management here is beyond poor + Beth is miserable and selfish to work with.
