Maintenance is amazing. My experience was specifically with Sean and Aaron. Both times I put in a maintenance request, and they were there within the hour to complete the task. Really amazing and a nice change from places I have lived in the past.

Edited my review from a 1 to a 4 star because a lot has changed since new management took over these last few months. Staff is incredible. Justin and his wife, Troy, Bobby, Raven, the new building manager, and additional building maintenance staff all work super hard to make Rye Sobo the best possible experience for their residents. Pool, hot tub, and cookout area is awesome. The units are also beautiful There were a number of kinks the previous manager left behind, but those are being worked out now and it looks like things are going really well.

We have lived here for two years and have loved it. Michael sean on the maintenance team is wonderful and does exceptional work. We had a kitchen sink emergency on a Sunday and he showed up right away to help us out. He did an amazing job in a timely manner. Troy is also wonderful in the main office. He knows his residence by name and always says hello in the hallways. The community here is wonderful!
