i have to say i ben here under a week got locked out Martin the new maintenance guy has been fabulous at getting things done came all the way out to unlock my door also got my dishwasher fixed an manner able time frame so i have to say after all everything has been a great move in good vibe peaceful environment so far better then when i first apply in the beginning of the year was so great but the new management has been more helpful so thanks to MARTIN, DANIEL, MistY & Vanessa

I can't even get a showing after trying for 2 months and on 4 different occasions. They will schedule me for a tour then either not be in the office or make some excuse as to why they can't allow me to see any properties. What a huge waste of time. Edit - note, it was only once they told me they couldn't show because it was too late and dark outside. I rescheduled my appointment for the 4th time, came in on a Saturday, and it was a system issue?

New management has been here for about 2 days and the difference is like night and day..the phones get answered, emails are actually responded to, and there is a physical presence in the office. After such a long stretch of severe mismanagement I cant wait to see the other improvements that are coming. These apartments could be so great if someone cared about running them well.
