        Hey guy's this is one of the best apartments in downtown only big important issue is that front desk there is this guy that is very rude and don't care at all about the renters. His name is (Vicent) a lot of people had been having a lot of trouble with him. This guy still working there even tho office managers and stuff knows that sad.... Think about it People like (vicent) this shouldn't be working there.

        I have lived at the Quincy for nearly two years and maintenance never falls short of exceptional. Armando is always quick to respond and help! Placed a request and he was knocking within 10 minutes!
