Decatur Point Apartments

I have lived at Decatur Point for 2 years now! I love it here, the ammenities are great. The staff is super helpful and always making sure you are taken care of. Would recommend

Ive lived at Decatur Point for almost a year and its the best place Ive lived in Denver. The location is perfect and safe, amenities are great (especially the large dog park), building is well maintained, other residents are so friendly, great view of the city and mountains, and the units also reduce noise better than any other apartment I've lived in. Greg, the property manager, is the best manager Ive ever seen; he really tries to make you feel at home and bends over backwards for all of the residents. Him and the team genuinely care and make the apartment complex an amazing place to live. I cannot recommend Decatur enough it shows in the number of people you meet who have lived here for years.

My husband and I have lived here for 5 years and absolutely love the location and community. Not having family close by can sometimes be difficult but living here truly feels like home.

Ive lived here for almost 2 years and its by far the best apartment complex Ive lived in. Excellent location, clean, and the management is fantastic. Greg goes above and beyond for his residents and truly cares about making us feel safe and at home. Maintenance is also super responsive and timely to address any needs we ever have. Would recommend to anyone!

I genuinely cannot recommend this apartment building enough! I lived here for 2 years (the only reason I moved was because I was looking for a home with a yard), and it was my favorite apartment building I've ever lived in. Greg and everyone else who works for Decatur go above and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly - the building is always spotless, and maintenance requests are handled extremely fast. Everyone that lives here is extremely friendly, and thanks to a handful of events Greg holds (yearly pride party + holiday party), it's super easy to meet new people! if you're lucky enough to find an open unit, take advantage while you can!
