We moved here in February 2020. The leasing office staff have always been professional and friendly. Recently our air conditioner went out in July and they replaced it with no issues. We have enjoyed the ponds and even watched the baby geese grow. The grounds are kept up on a regular basis, and the ponds have a soothing appeal. We have enjoyed seeing how dog friendly this place is and have no issues with any pests. We would recommend renting here. Update: We moved into a larger unit in a different building, and we are still happy. A bit concering on our move out/transfer fees, but considering the cleaning we put in and the time allowed to move, it was reasonable and went pretty smooth, we did live there 3 years, also it is a business. crime here is as usual, considering the area. Stolen cars are a huge problem here in Denver and everywhere around the metro area. Ourselves and other neighbors have unfortunately experienced this here. Cameras or regular security would be a bit more comforting. The grounds are still beautifully maintained, no pests, snow removal is done within a reasonable time, and work orders are fulfilled in a timely manner, we have had some issues with heat, but it is at least addressed. Office staff are professional. Thank you, Anthony .

This is rent gauging at its finest. They have doubled the rent for these units in just 2 years. They charge $2000/month, make you pay 2 electric bills, staff is extremely incompetent and rude. The hot water and heat are constantly being turned off. My car has been broken into twice and Ive only lived here for a year. The manager, Susan lacks empathy and human decency. She admitted through email no updates have been made to the building in 50 years. When asked about the justification for raising rent on a dilapidated building, outside of pure greed, she has no answer The toilets dont flush. You can take a 5 minute hot shower. My back door doesnt lock and she informed me the Charlie bar is sufficient because they dont make our sliding doors anymore. Speaking with neighbors, they add on secretive $50-$100 charges without warning to tenants who have English as a second language.

I recently have moved out after enduring a sixteen month lease. And I'm just going to fully explain my experience so other people can know what they're getting into if they come here. These apartments are way outdated with even the staff admitting it too. Even with all the "remodeling" you can absolutely tell that these buildings are around sixty years old and are in dire shape. With the floors of the units being unlevel in some areas and some even having holes hidden underneath the carpet. The water is constantly being turned off and the shower is either burning you alive or giving you hypothermia. There has to be at least three dozen layers of paint on the wall. You don't even have to hang things with nails being as to how there is so much paint your stuff will just stick to the walls. There is also no cabinet space at all. So its very hard to store things. My closet doors would always make noise when a tenant above me would walk around which was very irritating. The blinds are always constantly falling down because of how old this building is. And here is the best part, THERE ARE ROACHES EVERYWHERE. Pest control would only ever bait the apartment and that was it. Even though I had tried to explain that they were not coming from my unit as instead they were coming from a neighboring one. And lo and behold after trying to tell them for months that they weren't coming from me and thought I was lying about it they decided to tell me "we have found out that the bugs are indeed coming from another unit". You don't say?? In some buildings there are also bed bugs but I was lucky enough to not have them thankfully. The grounds are nice or, were nice until they cut down all of the trees to make the complex look like a complex from Chernobyl. People dealing drugs and stabbing and shooting each other sadly also made the grounds not as nice. The cops and paramedics are constantly over here. And with them being over here all the time you'd think that would mitigate the car thefts that occur here. But the towing company can try to tow my car that is registered and allowed to park there but not check the stolen vehicles? wow. I hope you also don't work or leave the house past 6pm because as soon as you come back to park your car you're going to have to at least walk across the whole property when you park your car. Was also nice to see that some residents have what seems to be four or five cars that take up every space. What they also don't tell you is that there is a AA building where it seems like all they do is party. Had many sleepless nights because of them. Every single road at these buildings has a jabillion pot holes so that they bite your rims when you drive through here. When moving in I had issue with my front door having a very visible crack between the door and the door frame and to fix it maintenance just stuffed a bunch of weather stripping in it. Which of course just came off. For the first four months of my lease the stairs to my apartment were unusable and blocked off with no notice. for what seemed to be hours power tools would be used right in front of my door with them also blinding everyone with welding machines. And upon inspecting their work when the stairs were available they still had the same crappy welds and looked the same. Towards the end of my lease they asked if I wanted to renew with a rent raise of $500 every month. You will be paying two electric bills which is great. And also a trash fee when they cant even get a trash company to stay with them and come by often so the dumpsters are just overloaded with furniture. (so you cant park next to a dumpster.) also very nice that most of the laundry machines are unusable half the time and the laundry rooms are sometimes flooded for days at a time. No availability for car ports or garages for my whole lease. You can also hear every single neighbor you have walking around or closing doors opening the closet or getting intimate with each other. Anthony was pretty great! Dont move here. i'm glad many units are now empty. I hope they stay that way.
