This is the worst place I have ever lived in the states. It stinks of ethnic food and sweat all the time, and the smell seeps inside the apartment; there is no escape from it. I had to cancel some of my meetings because my eyes started tearing from the onion scent. The elevators constantly break down, they don't fix it for months. It has been six months, and they haven't fixed the screens on the windows and the doors. I had to kill hundreds of moths and flies. I wish I was joking, it is a nightmare. They have never fixed the kitchen drawers. The drawers have been sitting on the kitchen floor since the beginning of the summer. The rent is dirt cheap, but also you get 0 housing quality.

I have lived at Casa del Sol for 18 years now. The Manager J. Jones and Miguel have made my life here amazingly happy... and safe. The Ever Bro's(?) Mgmt Company is also kind and a delight to work with. I couldn't be happier!!!!
