    After living here for 3 years and paying g rent 3 days early every month, a massive rancid water intrusion via a crack in the ceiling rendered my apartment completely contaminated and exposed to filthy diseased rainwater and runoff from the roof. Immediately after the intrusion I developed unexplained chronic infections and my health rapidly deteriorated and I am still fighting to regain it. It took them 5 months to begin the repairs, which re-routed the water intrusion instead of fixing it. According to Lauren and Laine who are the busiest people on the planet unless its time to do their job, as long as the walls and ceiling had not fallen, the rancid rainwater was not dangerous. Common sense and medical doctors would say otherwise. Be very careful if you move into this complex.

    It's been several months now since I moved into the District. The leasing office is very communicative, kind and helpful. Maliyah and Laine are awesome. Also, Dave and Levi in the maintenance team are helpful and reliable when they're taking care of maintenance issues. I am satisfied with the location of apt, condition of the building, and communicative and helpful staff.

    I have lived here almost a year and the district team is wonderful. I had two service issues, water not hot enough and a refrigerator light. Levi was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable. Came the morning the request was called in and quickly completed repairs even having to order a part. He is always friendly and professional. Maliyah in the office has always been incredibly helpful, responsive and has a cheerful attitude. I appreciate how friendly the staff is and it shows they care about the community.

    I used to live at this place for about 2 years. There are really nice people in the office and the security and maintenance are prompt and courteous. It's nice having a parking garage to park in. The key fob entrances are nice and the year round hot tub is perfect. There are always events going on to get the community together and the convenience of being able to walk to many fine restaurants and the grocery store are so great. The only bad part is that its super expensive. They bait you in at a great rate in a 10 month lease at a great price. Then every 10 months the rent goes up drastically. They offer you the ability to sign the lease at any month duration up to one year but the 10 month is always the lowest. I had to move away after 2 years because it got way too expensive.
