        I never rented here, but someone did try to do so in my name. Simpson Housing was phenonomenal in working with the real Josh -, me, in restoring my credit after we found out that someone was living in thier Portland property in my name (I saw the online pictures, it was very beautiful) I don't know if I will ever see thier neck of the woods, but if you do, consider them!!!! By the way with thier help and a lot of other work that I did, I did get an upgrade, I am happy with my new apartment in St. Ann, Missouri. Thank you all!

        Do not rent from the boulevard in denver... halls will filled with urine, car constantly getting broken into, mail stolen. This place is so far from luxury they should think about changing thier name.

        Wow they only pay 15 to 16 to their maintenance team lmao what a joke! This place is trash and is the definition of corporate greed! I hope karma find them in the form of untreatable cancer

        Terrible soulless corporate real estate group. They run excel sheets and know your breaking point. Rent from a mom and pop landlord who you can meet face to face. These large corporate groups are evil

        Just got the 3rd notice this year on them wanting to enter my apartment but has ignored my maintenance request for the last two month. If you value your privacy, vehicle & money please avoid Simpson community (Jefferson Square) our outside hallway looks like a tornado ran through it, leaving every trash stain imaginable behind parts of our hallway ceiling are missing. Managers are rude, pushy and are consistently threatening the residents. People use our dumpsters as a dumping site for big unused broken items. Our WATER may or may not come out BLACK. Not to mention they may lose your rent check every once in a while. Thats even if you noticed after your car has been consistently stolen, broken into or even just towed at the managers discretion, even with all that, they said yes lets continue to enter the same apartment! Im so over this place! They dont respect their residents & expect us to be comfortable with them entering our HOMES when we are not there! I dont get it!!
