The office staff is great. Very friendly and responsive. Building amenties are well-maintained. Lots of outdoor space. Walkable to many fun shops and venues. Highly recommended.

Hartley Flats has been great! The building is nice, well maintained, and the apartments look good. I also really appreciate Chris and Maddy! They are always very helpful, responsive, and make sure the building is run well.

Good location. Overpriced. Horrible maintenance, and customer service. I had things stolen off my Jeep in a secure garage, it took 2 weeks to fix our heat and 5 days to change a lightbulb. Look elsewhere. There are more affordable places near by with more square footage.

There are times when maintenance repairs can take additional time when we are waiting for parts to arrive. In both of the cases you referred the delay in completing your lightbulb and hot water heater was related to shipping time for parts.
