I like living here. But theres only one problem, homeless/ addicts tend to get in the garages, look into people cars, and wait for residents to open the door so they can come in. Ive already confronted THREE of them. Makes it really unsafe. This place needs more security.

What a fun environment with lots of opportunities to connect to community! I've been to the free yoga class, and to the shamrock bingo party. Awesome community here.

I've been a resident here for three years, moving in when the property was under different ownership. Unfortunately, since Cortland took over management, there has been a noticeable decline. This is primarily an issue with management and not the staff, who have all been great despite the rapid turnover. One major concern is the removal of a key amenity: the guest suite, which used to be available for visitors to rent so they wouldn't have to stay in a hotel. When this happened, they canceled all reservations without any notification or explanation, causing me and my guests to scramble, especially since I only have a one-bedroom. Additionally, there have been lightbulbs out on my floor for months now, including in the trash room, which is pitch black. Looking out through my peephole is pointless because it's so dark outside my door. I even saw a manager touring someone on the floor and felt embarrassed for them because it was so dark. It's evident that they are understaffed, and while the existing staff is usually great, they are clearly stretched thin. My key doesn't work for my door, and three different managers have promised to fix it via maintenance, but it's been over a year. I figure this has to do with poor communication during staff turnover. The elevators are regularly out of order - three times in the past week. This next issue isn't management's fault, and they do have security (although I think it needs to be beefed up). However, this area has seen a progressive increase in drug use and transient individuals parking themselves around the building. I no longer feel safe walking alone here at night. Overall, I used to love living here and using the light rail, (which no longer feels safe to use unless it's during major commuting hours.) The new management has made this place worse, and the general area is not as vibrant as it used to be.
