Absolutely horrible apartment management team. The management team that I had at Huntington Gateway in Virginia wasnt so bad after we got new management. However, when moving out, I had numerous problems including a bounced check that they issued me for the remainder of my deposit. Do not recommend absolutely horrible the fact that this supposed professional Company cant even issue checks that arent bouncing.

Its hard to put into words how poorly AIR manages our building. Staff -if you can find them or get them to respond- are always unprofessional and rude. They are also dishonest about things both large and small. Our building manager lives on site, he literally scampers through the lobby with his sweatshirt hoodie up wearing sunglasses and a mask to hide from residents its wild. 0/10 do not recommend.

Renting from Air Communities (formerly Aimco) would be a huge mistake - do NOT do it. I have lived in 3 buildings owned by Air Communities/Aimco, in New York and Atlanta, and it's been a disaster. Most recently, Air Communities has made it impossible to get in touch with them, while building management at 1045 on the Park in Atlanta completely ignores serious fire and safety issues: (1) people from the street living in the fire suppression room and smoking drugs in there; (2) those same people leaving drug and sex paraphernalia and other trash, and also HUMAN FECES, littered throughout the parking garages and stairwells; and (3) building doors basically never locking, meaning anyone can enter at any time. Management will not return calls or messages. Air Communities will not answer. If you care about your own safety and health, DO NOT RENT from Air Communities in any city. To be clear: IF THIS REVIEW IS STILL UP, IT MEANS AIR COMMUNITIES HAS NOT TAKEN ANY ACTION AT ALL TO PROTECT ITS RESIDENTS - THEY ONLY BELIEVE IN HALF-HEARTED APOLOGIES, LIES, AND NO ACTION.
