        Repaired my evaporate cooler. The repair was quite expensive. It fell apart within about a month. When I called to report the problem the owner of the company was EXTREMELY RUDY and attacked me personally in an emotionally ABUSIVE way. There is nothing professional about this company.

        This company is a JOKE!! Without ever having being serviced from them, I know I will never use this company and I will go the extra step to try to prevent others from using them as well. The receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I simply called in, explained the situation, then was yelled at and denied service. No attempt was made to schedule an appointment whatsoever. Hopefully my review will help free up some time for the technicians!
