Uploaded taxes documents in early March. They assured me in April they would finish soon. 2 unreturned phone calls in May and finally a phone pickup May 12th. when they answered she had no idea of my business. Needless to say Im scrambling to find someone else. How hard Would it have been to call their customers to say we are too busy. Very disappointed in the unprofessional service from This business.

I had a terrible experience with this firm. Michelle was handling my taxes (and my ex-husband's taxes) and had a family member who became ill (I guess she just stopped working?) and they just completely forgot about us. Our taxes were filed late and I had to pay over $700 in late fees to the IRS. I tried to reach out to the firm several times, communication was difficult and no responsibility or accountability was taken for the mistakes that were made. Jennifer was not helpful, rather made me feel like it was my problem. I STILL have not received my 2018 tax refund because of the lack of attention to my file and mistakes that were made. I will never recommend this firm to anyone.

I've had Jennifer do my taxes for the past 4 years. She is the best around. She also made it so easy for me when starting my business and filing all the necessary paper work and applications. I highly recommend her and Vantage CPA!
