I started with Elizabeth Thomas at a different law firm and wanted to sort out some issues with a Custody case, I had reached out to her around The December and my first sign should have been how long it was taking to get set on a retainer price, which for me Money wasn't the issue, after communication was Severely lacking I got an email saying something had been written up and she would try to contact opposing counsel, which never happened after emails asking updates waiting for weeks without any phone calls, or email updates and when the Emails came they were less than 10 words at a time, I was told by her previous law firm she was moving to a new law firm, after continuing lack of communication, This was now approaching the end of March with a handful of emails having been answered and the repeated excuse of opposing counsel not responding, I elected to withdraw their services, 4 months and they spent $1200 of a $2000 retainer with Absolutely nothing to show for it, Brighter day or Elizabeth Thomas couldn't even make the effort to contact the opposing counsel and communicate effectively with their client. If you want to spend money and have limited communication this is the place for you.
