Pat was extremely caring and helpful throughout the entire court case. She was always prepared and answered any questions. It was a stressful time, but she kept me calm. In the end, she won my case. She was fair and understanding. She even allowed me to make payments knowing that I was not able to pay all of the money up front. Very thankful to have her as my lawyer during such a difficult time.

Ok, I get that attorneys can get bad reviews from the losing side, but Im not sure I was the losing side. My X and me went to Patricia for mediation and arbitration. We were completely confused and had to do our own agreement on the side or greatly modify Patricias ruling. First, the initial ruling was incoherent and it looked like she was in mid thought and just stopped. Also took forever to get a ruling. Both our attorneys had to push for a motion to clarify. Second, my X didnt like the clarified ruling and filed a motion to modify. A month later Patricia came up with a new ruling without our permission. ( you need both parties to agree on who can come up with a new ruling). How do come up with a new ruling on parenting time with the same fundamental evidence???? Also, the ruling bizarre requiring me to leave work twice a week to take my 6 year old to track and violin practice an hour away and these were not school sponsored. I guess holding a job isnt realistic to Patricia. Again, my x and I modified a lot of Patricia ruling. Her head isnt in the game and is sloppy at best in practicing law. She seems to rush through it and I think shes burnt out of family law.

If I could give this lady negative stars I would do so in a heartbeat. Attorneys are hired for one reason assisting people with legal matters in regards to handling everything and speaking on that persons behalf while using Provided documentation. I hired Patricia in a family matter for my son to help me gain full decision-making rights, proper child support, limited or supervised visitations for his biological father, etc. Patricia was given hundreds of documents to prove my request and even provided documentation showing that my ex is known for falsing information which would have thrown any credibility that he wouldve had in the courthouse out. I even had photos of child abuse from his fathers house and videos of him telling a 3rd party that his father beats him and is scared of him doesnt wanna go back. I also told the attorney about hundreds of lies that he was telling prior and during a court hearing and she did not care. She clearly only cares about how much money she can drain from a family to financially hurt them as much as possible. Things were even so bad that she allowed Them to incorrectly calculate child-support so drastically that every month I was getting $500 less than what I should have. She agreed to fix this after court and then never done so and left me to doing it on my own and now it is over year later and Im still trying to get this corrected in the court system on my own. Due to her not doing her job she had endangered my sons wellbeing over money. I have paid her a $2000 retainer fee and then after she has used it all she has decided that she wanted to charge me approximately another $2000. I dont think she should be paid anymore than what Ive already provide her from the retainer fee and I will not agree to pay her any more money for services that she did not provide. After speaking to several attorney offices for legal advice in consultations all of them were extremely surprised of the outcomes of the court hearings because the amount of documentation I had to prove every single ounce of requests that I was warning. They agree that if she has done her job properly that I wouldve gotten everything I wanted and some. Another nail in the coffin is she refused to return my documentation to me for over a year and screened my phone calls purposely to avoid communication with me. So now because I have my back documentation back I have to wait for child support enforcement to finish correcting my child support and then a new attorney will come in to correct everything else.
