I recently retired from selling windows and doors for the Luxury Home market in the Los Angeles and South Bay areas of California. I can tell you from experience that Euroline is the absolute best in it's class in the industry. Not only for the design aspects of their product but for the quality in craftsmanship. Fabulous customer service as well. If you are looking for Luxury Steel Windows and Doors this is your company.

I have never been more disappointed with a companys customer service and making sure their product is made to uphold their reputation. Considering the high cost of their products I was expecting a much better experience. I am currently working on a home remodel and had ordered a Euroline door for my front door and for our wine cellar (door and walls for cellar). Both items arrived with the wrong dimensions. Euroline says that it is our responsibility, but we had submitted the correct dimensions and euro line sent back the drawings with the wrong dimensions. On top of everything, the product that was made from Eurolines wrong dimensions didnt even match the final product that was delivered to us. Euroline refuses to be accommodating in any way and say we need to purchase everything again. I will never do business with the company. It is inexcusable to charge so much and treat their customers so terribly. They have yet to make any attempts to rectify the situation.
