We met Robin and Dan at one of their listings in Modesto that didn't quite meet our needs. We agreed to stay in touch as we went back home to Southern California. Over the next six weeks or so, they sent us referrals that we checked out on line, and they even went to a couple and "Zoomed" us a walk through. When a house was identified that hit all our requirements, they were on the phone with us the day of the listing. We did a Zoom walk through and made an offer that was subsequently accepted. Both Robin and Dan helped make sure all the inspections were done so we closed on time. We could not have been happier with the support and assistance we received, and would highly recommend.

Robin helped me buy my first house. From start to finish, Robin kept me in the loop when she communicated with the seller and the other groups I did not have immediate contact with.
