My wife and I started looking for our first home in the fall of 2021. We were not prepared. Bidding wars, crowded open houses, FOMO on low rates is a lot of stress! But Ken kept the ship steady and kept the vibe positive. He has years of real experience, knows how to read...a room, and just generally knows about home repair and potential pitfalls. With the red hot market, we paused our search. We resumed in fall 2022 but this time with a baby on the way due in January! So the pressure was there. We decided to reach out to Ken again. With a bit of luck and good guidance in a cluster of showings, we're now homeowners and parents as of January 2023!

Ken was incredibly helpful. He has a vast knowledge of the local markets and the procedures of buying a home.

Ken helped us buy our new home in Los Angeles. He followed through each and every step of the home buying process with multiple CAR forms. Even when the sellers slacked, Ken never lost the momentum to chase the different steps and we closed the escrow on time. No details were missed out.
