Anyone in need of a personal injury attorney is going to be stressed. I had two bad car accidents and was referred to RSam both times. I live in the Bay Area and even though they are based in Central Valley it was pretty seamless. They answered my questions quickly and his paralegal is on point and works very hard. My second accident case was closed within just 6-7 weeks and they handled all the negotiations. Everything can be e-signed and texted so no need to go into their office. They work with a great chiropractor a well. They do take their standard 33.3% fee if you get a settlement but it is very nice letting them do all the workFor you!

Unless you're injured, they will not take your case. Even though there was over $10k in property damage.
They are truly ambulance chasers.

Mr. Sam and his team were able to reach a settlement with the insurance company. They fought & advocated for my dad when the insurance company refused to give nothing in the beginning. They fought & advocated when the police report marked my dad as the person at fault even though he was a bicyclist crossing within the crosswalk of a 4 way stop but a car failed to adhere to the stop sign and hit him. Mr. Sam and his team will make sure the client will receive the most $$ out of all parties involved which includes the law firm. The process was very easy and they will handle everything. They are professional and answers all my questions and make sure I know what's going on throughout the process; they always call back & leave none of my voicemails unanswered. I highly recommend Mr. Sam and his team to anyone.
