This agency is the worst one around. Do not employ them or work for them. As a former employee I have seen how they treated seniors as dollar signs without needs. If you care about the quality of service for your loved ones do not go here. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to their employees. As they say management flows from the top down and this is a very unprofessional agency. This is Fair Warning.

If you are looking for a conscientious, client centered agency focused on communication GO ELSEWHERE QUICKLY!!!!! Communication is practically non existent. Don't expect to know who is coming or get a call if they cancel. It's just a game to them. No personal touch and no follow through. They are simply the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their "transition" service is a joke. Save money and grief and go elsewhere. They tried to pressure me to remove this review.
