        Horrible place and very bad employees. They broke my tire sensor and tried to make me pay for it. I would schedule appointments for them to fix it. Twice I showed up. The first time they didnt have the sensor even though I had an appointment to get it replaced. And the doors werent even open on time.

        I had an early morning appointment for an oil change thinking that it would only takes less than an hour. My car was at the shop for 4 hours. If I've known that it would take that long I would've not use the service at Firestone.
