I had such a positive experience shopping at Idlers outlet store. Yoana was absolutely amazing and such a pleasure to work with! She was very knowledgeable, helpful and made sure we were satisfied with what we purchased. I would definitely purchase more furniture from Yoana and cannot say enough about her customer service. I bought two recliners. Upon delivery the delivery person noticed and I did too that the colors were a little off. He immediately checked the numbers and said the numbers match which they did. He called and Idler's said they would fix the problem immediately. Happy to say they did redeliver another chair a few days later. I kept both chairs here so they could confirm the colors match. I was so impressed that they were willing to make me happy right off the bat. Truly happy that I found my store my first time but not my last at idler's. You are giving yourself ratings 1 through 5, I'm sorry but I giving you all a 10 plus. Justin and his coworkers were great and respectful delivery mans. Thank you all for allowing my first business transaction with Idler's to be the best I've ever had with any company. Blessings, Barbara W.
