        Took in 2 pairs of radios to get programmed and 1 a digital upgrade. 1 pair was a radio model that they have brochures for in their lobby and the other pair was motorolas older flagship model. They said they could program them and upgrade the one. 2 months later im sitting here with 4 radios still not programmed or upgraded. Not sure what the issues were they seemed pretty uninterested in resolving the issue, couldnt even tell me why they didnt perform the services requested when i drove to go pick them up. Drove about 80 miles over 2 round trips to their store and waited nearly 2 months for them to just hand them back without an explanation. Quite the waste of time and gas. Zero
