John is great, I have used him twice with my elderly client and she absolutely loves him. He was very patient and was able to describe his findings so that she can understand why in full detail. He always asks her do you have any questions or is there anything I have explained that your not sure about .. He is not in a rush to finish a job, he is very thorough and my client loves that.
