Wasn't given all the cost info or correct info up front about their process and costs. Lady who spoke to me first said a skip trace was only $50, I got charged $175.00. I originally provided 2 addresses where I thought the defendant might be, I was told $110.00 for 5 attempts at any address. I asked for the skip trace since I wasn't sure of the defendants correct address but was advised to wait. Well the skip trace was necessary and with still 2 attempts left, I got charged an additional $85 for them to attempt at a new address. Total cost: $370!I could have saved myself $85+ if they gave me all this info and the correct info up front.

Very grateful for Eddie and his company for helping me go through with a wage garnishment. Court paperwork can be a huge headache and I was getting very overwhelmed. After filing for an order to produce a statement of assets for getting zero money from our notice of entry of judgement, I decided to go through with a wage garnishment. I started the paperwork and then went to legal pursuit to finalize it. Eddie looked over all my paperwork and took over. After going to them, I did not have to go to the court offices again for anymore filing. Eddie did it all from his office and kept sending me emails to update me about the case. I am now receiving my checks from the sheriffs office twice a month. I couldn't be anymore grateful! And did I also mention they are right across the street from the Santa Clara Court??
