Ping helped us got our the first house. It was very nice to work with her. It was very tough to buy a house within limited budget in the recent market, we almost gave up, but she encouraged us and helped us to find the main issues and provided solutions....eventually we got a good deal. Buying a house in the Bay Area is a challenging process. After months of searching for a home that meet our needs and budget, we only found ourselves feeling frustrated and defeated. However, we were fortunate to have connected with Ping, who quickly collected our data and recommended a couple of neighborhoods that we might want to focus on. Within a few weeks, Ping managed to find a house that met our needs and helped us submit a winning bid.
