Hemlane makes being a small self-managing landlord so much easier!! And at a fraction of the cost of hiring a property manager. The team is responsive and knowledgeable. They offer different service levels to meet each landlords specific needs. I personally use Hemlane as my one-stop shop for advertising rentals, screening tenants, creating / storing rental documents, tracking tenant communications, collecting rent, outsourced maintenance and repair coordination (dont have to worry about 3 AM maintenance calls), using Hemlans service pros, and creating financial reports (including cash flow, income statement, lease ledger). So many resources for both tenants and landlords to make the overall rental experience more enjoyable for all. Highly recommend.
