Excellent first point of contact (Sarah, by phone); honest appointment time follow-up; straightforward professional service with complete results; reasonable and transparent pricing; personable service from the mechanic, Randy, in that he explained what he was doing to diagnose how best to fix the problem (stopped up drain), and what he was doing step by step to accomplish the desired results. First contact to job finished all took place on a national holiday: phone call at 8:00 a.m. July 4, job completed 3:00 p.m.

We were so thankful for the technician who came to help us after normal hours to fix our clogged kitchen sink. He did a great job, gave us really helpful advice and enjoyed a plate of dinner :) It's so nice to know there are dependable service technicians to reach out to when in need! I am hopeful I won't have to call them again but if an issue arises, they will be the first place we reach out to. Service: Drain cleaning
