Lands End Physical Therapy

I was disappointed with my experience at Lands End. I came in for pain in my knee due to running. The evaluation was very minimal - I wasn't asked to show how I run and how my gait/form could be contributing to my pain. Half the time I was waiting for assistants to help (since they were treating 2-3 other patients at the same time), and when they did, they sometimes didn't even demo or explain what I was supposed to do. Felt a shake and bake clinic that maximizes quantity over quality.

I spent six months rehabbing my torn pectoral tendon and would highly recommend Micheline, Megan and the rest of the team. They were crucial in getting my chest back to full mobility and my day to day activities.

Micheline and her team are outstanding. They are able to meet you wherever you are and I witnessed treatment for everything ranging from carpal tunnel to sports injuries. Micheline is so attentive and made me feel like her only patient with how much she tailored my program. The team at Lands End excel at meeting each patient where they are - I was encouraged to push myself when it felt right, but comforted and reassured during bumps in my recovery. Lands End was a welcoming community for me and when I graduated from therapy I felt like my physical health was even better than before my injury. I can't recommend Lands End enough!
