    Austin Villamil/Whole Body Solutions was recommend to me over a year ago by certified physical therapist. I started training with Austin in January 2023 and it's been a year and I am seeing major improvements in my goals. I started with Austin to build muscle and get better flexibility (and feel better). Austin created a great training program for me (easy to understand/follow and track my progress). I now see Austin 1x a week and he has a program I follow on my own 2x a week (I never thought I'd feel comfortable lifting weights by myself but he uses a gym/training app and he's very myopic and meticulous when I see him 1:1). He is certified and has a lot of training on body work and will work this in during our sessions. I highly recommend Austin.

    Michael has been my remote coach for 3 years now and has done an amazing job! I used to compete in powerlifting and olympic lifting but now just train for health/fitness, and even compared to then I am definitely much more balanced, lean, and muscular. I love to nerd out on various aspects of training and nutrition and as a result I realize how well thought out and rooted in physiology/exercise science and research Michael's training program is.

    Prior to training with Austin, I really had no direction or clue how to workout properly. Austin created weekly programs for me, taught me how to properly lift and keep proper tempo for my lift. He gave me suggestions on keeping track on my sleep, protein/carbs/fats/calories, stress, hydration as all of these factors and more can contribute to the results I'm looking for. He doesn't just create workout routines, he will listen to you fitness goals and adapt the program to your constraints/limitations to ensure that you succeed.     Working with Austin has been truly life changing. Being in the best shape and the strongest of your life in your 40s?! What?! Hes even been able to improve my posture which I been to so many practitioners over the years to try and help me with. He also has taught me about nutrition and helps me think about what I need to do outside of sessions. He has also helped me get more comfortable on my own in the gym. I could keep going Honestly, dont hesitate! He is thoughtful, knowledgeable, effective, kind, and so fun to work with.
