I worked out with Brandon for 8-9 months both in-person and on-line. I appreciate his thoughtful and effective approach to the workouts. After working out 4-5 days a week, I really saw an improvement in my strength, muscle tone and my wellbeing. I always felt great after the workout. I highly recommend Brandon as a trainer. He kept me injury free and entertained during the workouts. I will likely have him as my trainer again!

Since working with Brandon, Ive been able to push through a strength training plateau and see measurable progress in my major lifts. When we met, I had been experiencing pain with most movements involving my shoulders and lower back. Brandon meticulously studied my form andin real timemade changes that completely corrected these issues. Brandon brings a unique understanding of body mechanics to identify areas where instability may occur and improve technique. Yet, beyond his superb skills as a trainer, Brandon is a genuinely kind and thoughtful human. He cares deeply about the people he trains and will go above and beyond so they may succeed in their fitness journeys. Whatever your goals may be, I highly recommend working with Brandon!

I got in touch with Brandon after finishing physiotherapy for a back injury. My goals were mainly to build strength to remove back pain and prevent future injuries. After training for over a year with Brandon, I can confidently say that I have achieved those goals. Brandon was able to identify the exact muscle groups in which I did not have the required strength and suggested exercises to improve them. His informative training sessions and structured home workouts also helped me maintain a well-paced schedule while developing my skills. Brandon is also just a great guy and I would definitely recommend him as a trainer for any strength and mobility goals you have.
