This is unlike any other wellness service I've received. Michael is an inspiring and outstanding teacher and trainer who delivers a truly holistic service that incorporates body, mind, and spirit. The trainings are completely customized while drawing upon multiple disciplines yet keeping the session focused and integrated. I've also received the healing massage and I must say that one is so devoted to his work like Michael (I've had innumerable massages and have a very high standard). The massage was a profound healing experience covering the physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Michael's demeanor and qualities of being are remarkable. This is a completely personalized service, real, authentic and unique. Definitely recommended! Try it yourself!

To anyone reading this review - if you are on the search for a personal fitness trainer, massage therapist, yoga instructor, and/or martial arts instructor - look no further. I've had the pleasure and privilege to know, work, train, and connect with Michael for over 4 years. I've integrated all his services at different times during our extended relationship. Michael is dedicated, educated, committed, and deeply caring. When in his presence, he will extend every moment to understand, implement, and guide your experience with body, mind, and spirit. I first met Michael in one of his group classes at a fitness studio and after a few sessions, realized that this human being is more than just an instructor - he is wholeheartedly serious about a holistic approach to the human experience - what it means to be genuinely healthy and to thrive at full potential. Personal Fitness - He will use his knowledge and training to approach your body from your own personal limitations and structure the session to push your limits so that you are able to train at a level, unparalleled to none. He uses TRX, Pilates, Kettle Bells, and other tools to focus a full body training session and integrates the session as a well-rounded approach with strength, endurance, and flexibility focus. I also love that you train with bare feet on a padded surface. You will sweat. You will breathe. You will feel it. And most importantly, you will experience results. Massage Therapy - I myself, am a massage therapist for 15 years and have received countless sessions over the years. Michael is a master massage practitioner. The session again is tailored to your specific body and it's needs. He is intuitive, insightful, and keenly knowledgeable of the body structure and systems. And the massage is healing, full of intent, slow, and restorative. Yoga - I love practicing with Michael. His session is 1.5 hours and within it - he is a traditional Yogi. It is grounded and spiritual. Focus on breath work and again, pushing boundaries to challenge one's practice to reach deeper levels of being. Martial Arts - Michael is highly educated and trained over 15 years in Aikido. He recently traveled to Japan for further training. He can incorporate martial arts within your fitness training session, or instruct a more traditional approach - or my favorite, learning the simple tools of self-defense. This is only a portion of his knowledge, training, and expertise - and I am in awe of his ability, passion, and dedication in his quest to learn, challenge, and inspire himself and others. A truly unique human being who loves to share his rare gift. Go see Michael - experience what he has to offer.
