    I have been training with Milad for almost two months, and its been awesome! I have always been active but I for sure needed to fix how I would do certain workouts, Milad has been great in introducing the importance of mobility. I love how he really focuses on your needs and what goals you want to set for yourself, that includes physically and mentally challenges you might have and want to overcome. So if youre thinking of choosing Milad as your personal trainer, DO IT RIGHT NOW!!

    Milad is awesome! I have been training with him for maybe 6 months now. Definitely feel stronger. He even helps me with my diet and offers additional group zoom classes to do additional training. He works and adjusts to your needs accordingly. He has been amazing adjusting to covid protocols and making sure I am comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who, like me, thought I could do it on my own, but found that I needed more guidance and motivation from a personal trainer.
