Got a free consultation, they told me what to do, but not why, and to come back at a certain point, they would take my case. I did as instructed but they wouldn't take my case or refer me elsewhere. The issue went against me, and I complained to/about the firm. The head of the group reached out to apologize for my adverse experience, explained the occurrence and discussed the case with me.

LET ME TELL YOU. This is one lawyer who puts his money where his mouth is. I don't know about you, but I detest people who cater to your feelings so you don't get hurt. Not this man! He'll tell you things like they are, so you know what ground you stand on. You'll know your options, your possibilities and expectations with/about your case. He stays the course, hell or high water. You can tell he has a passion for his job and walks the talk. He listens, he *knows the law*, and if there is something he's not familiar with he will acquaint himself with it before he even considers giving up (that might seem unnecessary to say but when you think of the typical lawyer who will ghost you because either your case is not promi$ing enough or they're not immediately familiar with the law concerning your situation, this man is a breath of fresh air). He won't force you to choose an option, but he'll give you his opinion on what's best for you and he'll tell you why. He definitely went way beyond the extra mile for me (particularly because hes on the other side of my states map). His staff has been nothing but kind, helpful, caring and professional. On a scale of 1 to 10, this firm is a 20 :) In Spanish, we say of someone who follows through and is this laser-focused, "No quita el dedo del rengln" (Doesn't lift his finger off the line being read). If you're looking for someone trustworthy, of good judgement, who perseveres, is confident, even-tempered, intelligent and driven, someone who'll go to battle for you, THIS IS YOUR MAN. His character is incredibly well-forged. Im incredibly happy to have found him and gotten his help. I cant say enough good things about him and his staff!

Rencher Law Group is attentive. They listened to my needs and my comfort level in pursuing various aspects as related to my claim. DL was prompt with any inquiries and always made time to walk me through any questions.

This review is long overdue, but D.L. Rencher is top notch. From the very beginning, he is clear and professional about taking your case, and he makes you feel supported and in good hands. D.L. has gone above and beyond as my lawyer, and he fights extremely hard to win and get you the best possible outcome. He truly goes the extra mile, and Im extremely thankful for everything he has done for me to get me where I am today. As an example, there was one time I had scheduled something incorrectly that wasnt allowed to be changed, and he fought tooth and nail to get me a redo for it.
