TLDR: I love this place and didn't have a single bad experience. Can't recommend the folks in this office highly enough. Eizelle, Danielle, Crystal, and Kelly are amazing. It's not my style to shut up and listen, but with these folks I just did the work they told me to, even though it was hard/long, and my hand is as close to 100% as I could have hoped only 5w later. Longer: I'm so grateful I was lucky enough to get paired with GGHT for my rehab. I broke my hand (5th metacarpal fracture, pinky knuckle) and received surgery elsewhere, where I had metal pins installed in my hand for 5w while the bone healed. After the pins came out I was terrified: I couldn't move that portion of my hand whatsoever. I worked with Eizelle, Danielle, and Crystal (in that order), and I loved every single one of them and couldn't be happier with my result. I met with Eizelle the day after my pins came out, and she not only reassured me that what I was experiencing was normal, but also helped me create a plan to regain mobility. She's great to talk to and gave me clear instructions. Within days I was already seeing significant improvement. I'm sad I didn't get to work with her more. Eventually I had a couple appointments with Danielle (you'll likely rotate between folks based on availability, as this office is in great demand). She took great care of me, educated me about my injury, and may be one of the friendliest people I've ever met. One of my final appointments was with Crystal: surprise, she's also fantastic. While you're in the office you'll do a mix of working on your hand and chatting to whoever you're with. Crystal is very experienced, will make you comfortable, and provide you great care for your hand. Lastly, Kelly was a key part of the equation. She was responsible for setting up my appointments, was transparent about availability, and gave me options for as flexible as GGHT can be (they're booked weeks out not only because there's few providers like this but also because their care is exceptional). She's incredibly kind. After spending 20-30m 3-4 times a day at home doing PT exercise (which I know sounds like a lot, but I cared about getting better and nobody else could put in the work for me), I was making immense mobility strides within days. After 3w my mobility was back to mostly normal but my strength was still lacking. At about 4w+ post-op my hand surgeon cleared me to stop PT and get back into light exercise. I'm 5w out now and strength is coming back quickly with gym/other. I'm sad I won't see these folks often anymore, but I've been incredibly fortunate to have landed in their care. If something happens with one of my hands again the future I will definitely return to this office. Thank you all so much for helping me.

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Felt relief after first appointment and have full movement in my wrist after only a few sessions.

Danielle I was so thorough, very interested in actually understanding my injuries fully, developed a great treatment for both injuries and is fun to talk to. Staff is incredible at scheduling and the organization is just ultra buttoned down and professional. I cant believe anyone would give them fewer than 5 stars. What do they expect, medical miracles? This group probably accelerated my healing process from some pretty serious arm and elbow issues by at least a month. Maybe more. I finally have hope Ill be headed in the near term and for someone who relies on sports and adrenaline activities to cope with stress, this is a huge deal to be out of commission like this. Not fun! Cant say enough. If going there every day was an option and medically viable, Id do it. Cant say enough.
