Jacob was awesome. I would absolutely work with him again. He was patient and communicative which was very important to us as first time buyers. Jacob took the time to run through different scenarios and options and answer our questions. He was extremely knowledge and most importantly he was FAST! Even though my husband and I were double applying with two banks he was very patient and ultimately won our business due to his speed, knowledge and ability to make us feel important as clients. Jacob and his team know their stuff. You can get a loan anywhere. We were working with another bank prior to finding Jacob and when the other bank dropped the ball when we needed to make an offer, we reached out to Jacob.
