Phillip Cannon and the Guaranteed Rate team are absolutely phenomenal. Phillip picked up the pieces after a horrible experience I had with my previous lender, Union Bank. UB led me on for two months and then my contract fell through. A day later, after one phone call with Phillip, I signed with Guaranteed Rate. I had the keys to my home 24 days later! That's all thanks to Phillip's expertise, patience, tenacity, and professionalism. He was super responsive to my questions and treated me like I was his only client. This was important because like more and more of us, I was not a W-2 client, but a 1099 independent contractor. My experience was made better by his creativity when a couple curveballs came my way. His on-the-fly problem solving was timely and kept me on pace for my eventual home purchase.
