The team (Dean, Chance, Michael and Justin) at Guaranteed Rate is is excellent. I was able to help my mother get a refinance on her house during COVID-19. We were able to get most done electronically and Michael at Fidelity National Title was able to find a notary that could translate and was able to go to my elderly mother's house to sign off on the paperwork. Although it did take about 3 months (they are busy and understand why), they were able to lock in one of the best interest rates from the outset. One of the smoothest refinance I've ever done.

Dean Rizzi and his team were on top of my loan process every step of the way, ultimately sprinting to an approval within 2 weeks! Another lender I started with could not get an approval after 4 weeks of back and forth doc exchange on a non-user friendly website had my put my closing in jeopardy! I was referred to Guaranteed Rate and Dean by my realtor and from beginning to end, the process was seamless. With the help of Dean's team I was able to upload docs securely through Guaranteed Rate's website and track loan progress. Dean's team was very responsive by phone and email. Combine the tech with awesome customer service and you have a winning lending team ready to get buyers like myself into a new home!

Dean and his team are consummate professionals and know this process inside-out. Buying a home or refinancing a mortgage are difficult, stressful processes, but Dean and team understand their customer and know how make it as easy as can be. I've purchased 5 different homes with Dean, and refinanced several times on top of that.
