Benjamin Franklin were unable to fix my toilet. A total nightmare, four plumbers, a two months ordeal. Carlos from Reichel C R engineering came and within one hour the toilet was fixed. What a difference.

Called the guys on a Sunday a morning when my water boiler broke down and I only had cold water running.I got a person (who did not sound like a trained employee) who asked me if I was a customer of Reichel, which I was not since this was my first time calling them for a boiler repair. He insisted on this fact that I needed to be an existing customer. Then he proceeded to ask for my address and informed me that it would cost $329/h because it is a Sunday. Very very strange.

These guys are good but VERY expensive.  Had them come out to fix one noisy radiator and the total came to nearly $400.  Labor alone was $300 and this was not a difficult job.  Just replacement of two parts.   Like others have written, they are professional and know what they are doing, but be prepared to pay dearly for it.
