This company sold me a fraudulent auto policy that didn't cover the things they said it would. They refused to take responsibility for it. I am making a complaint to the relevant authorities. Don't ever use Progressive insurance, they will cheat you when it matters most. Very unsatisfied!!!

Robert Kennedy really came through for us in helping to find an insurance policy for our 3 unit Condo building in San Francisco. Our previous insurance carrier did not renew our policy because they are downsizing their exposure in California by no longer insuring older buildings. I contacted several insurance brokers/agents but Robert was the only one who responded quickly and successfully found us acceptable coverage for our HOA. He was easy to work with and I feel that I will be in good hands if we ever have a claim.
