Dealing with insurance companies can be a pain, but Bonnie made me think otherwise. I recently switched over to farmers since she was able to give me a cheaper premium than mercury. She was very helpful and gave me multiple quotes so I can choose the right one for me. I'm not very familiar with insurance lingo, so I had a lot of questions! She was able to explain each one and making sure I understood. Bonnie has great customer service! I've contacted her multiple times during nonbusiness hours with tons of questions and she would respond!So If you're looking for an insurance agent, she's the go to! Definitely recommend her to my family &friends.

I usually don't write reviews but due to the excellent experience I had here I wanted to share my experience. Bonnie was outstanding to say the least. I wanted to get a cheaper rate on my auto insurance and the process couldn't have been more hassle free! Bonnie's customer service was second to none, she was empathetic, understanding, and very professional. It was a breath of fresh air talking to an actual human being who actually cares rather than talking to a quota driven sales person.  Ultimately I was blown away by my experience here and I highly recommend talking to Bonnie about any insurance needs!

To give a brief overview of my expeience. I dont think i could've found another great personable insurance agent other than Bonnie. Shes very knowlegable of the buisness and does her best to get the best rate availble to make sure that your vehicle is insured. Make sure to stop by to get your quote, great  prices with a great agent!

Most insurance places are closed on the weekend. I needed insurance on a Saturday and Baomei was able to provide me with a quote in an instant. She went the extra mile to process my insurance policy on her day off. This is the the type of service you can expect from her!
