        Really cute, fun hotel in a beautiful old building right near union square. Staff are super lovely and helpful, and little extras like the water bar made it special.

        We spent a week in this hotel and we were really well received. The service is impeccable, the people are friendly. The hotel is very clean and the staff is available with a smile. A special mention to Earl and Jenny. Genuine people, always smiling. Every morning we enjoyed a breakfast prepared with care. Honestly, I recommend it to everyone, we felt at home

        This hotel has great potential to be the 4 star hotel it claims to be but it misses on many aspects. First, the rooms are TINYYY. We couldnt open two suitcases in the room without having to jump over each other/our suitcases. The 40$ amenity fee that they add does not justify the amenities they provide which is just a reusable water bottle that can only be filled on the first floor and a free drink when you check in. Overall disappointed with the facility but the staff is pretty nice! Rooms: Very small
