        all good except the multiple old stains on the leather of the chaise lounge is easy to spot and not inviting to sit on. too deep that a simple wipe would fix. covering it would be appropriate if cannot be replaced. random noise from the building plumbing or a/c prevented a quiet stay as well.

        It's a bit surprising for a well-off hotel, there isnt a microwave oven in the room. No complimentary water or something food is offered in the room. We literally went outside to buy water, a few night snacks, and some tea variations. At least the good part is the location. Walking distance to some food restaurants, Chinatown is close, central market is close, and Trader Joes. I used to work in a 5-Star/Diamond hotel for 23 years, and they even stacked the room with guests' needs. This hotel needs some improvements and room needs for guests. If not, you'll slow down your revenues every month.
