Service was the worst. Some things could have been overlooked and been a near average stay, but getting an accusatory call for a minimal $13 difference was absolutely infuriating and ended the day in a bad mood. It was regarding the total of adults/children staying, which could have been brought up at check-in as we were not intentionally hiding anything and should have been obvious when wanting to pay for two rooms with to cards and two different vehicles were registered. Later on heard another lady arguing at the window equally unhappy. Checking in is sketchy as lobby was closed and was done thru the night check-in window (it was ~7:30pm). There was a blind that the woman would barely lift an inch to get ID & credit card. It was difficult to hear as well. Could not see anyone to make it at least a personable or friendly check-in. Pigeon poop in most area in stairwell and walkway. The bed is on a box (see photo below) that if you try sitting at the end of the bed, it lifts up. The room smelled of pot/MJ. Not all advertised amenities (see screenshot below of reservation) are included: breakfast, coffee maker or tea, hair dryer, alarm clock. After the maddening call, tried calling back regarding to confirm any additional charge. It had been initially stated to be about $10. The guy refused to talk and the woman working the desk (who had checked us in) said she did not know and could not say "because she only worked the desk." None of their reasoning made sense. When asked about getting receipts at checkout, she said she had already given me a copy and no more could be provided. NEVER GOING BACK.
