Hotel was basic and clean, the outdoor space on floor 4 is lovely and the staff were kind, friendly and accommodating. The location, however, is awful, don't venture away from market street as the locals aren't nice...but when you get about 2 blocks away it gets better. Pleased don't walk alone or at night, especially ladies.

Great hotel. Great stay. Suitable for our needs. Hotel staff and facilities great! In the room we had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairdryer. On the floor we had access to ice, hot water, cold water and a microwave. The external area to the hotel is deprived with homeless. I didn't feel threatened at all when walking around. It's a very sad and unfortunate situation. The Civic tube station is across the road. Perfect to get around the city/Airport Safety: Safety box in room. Free to use

I would recommend this hotel. Their service was great and very accommodating! Scott Lopez especially, he was a very helpful staff member, allowing us get a room on the very nice balcony floor. He also guided us to the service elevator, when the main elevators were down. I have bad knees from my military service so I appreciated his support for the disabled. We stayed here for the weekend and it was a well worth trip. Fresh, clean and nicely appointed. Will stay here again very soon!
